Item was listed as new but clearly not. It was also missing a lot of accessories and mounting hardware.
Purchased items that were missing parts and made the items unusable.
I bid on a king size bed it ended up being a queen I bid on bed frame and it ended up being broken when it said it was new
Well I have bought two things both discription said new and no missing parts no damage. Both things when I got home and opened them were damaged and one has so many parts missing it’s unusable. Very disappointed
We won a 36 inch Wolf gas range in the October 13th auction and after one week were told that it was not available, that the vendor had sold it. Rather than having the vendor make it right and get us another stove, Diego continues to blame the vendor and say that Ray from Monark has tried to call us to rectify the situation. He has not. The girls at the counter are so rude and not professional
Both times I purchased from Nellis the item was not as described. First time they didn't mention it was missing other boxes. Second time they said it was new, but it was missing all the hardware and manual. The only positive was they are willing to reimburse within 7 days if not as described. But that doesn't reimburse my time and gas money to drive there and wait in a long line to pick up something I won't use. Not worth it to me.
I lose about 300.00 with worthless items.
First time we came for a king mattress and it ended up being a cal king. I also got a sportbrells to clip on a chair, said it was perfect condition, it’s not, the clip is broken. Very nervous about opening up the mattresses and bed frames when I move to our new house. Front desk staff is hot or miss, some could be a lot Friendlier. Both my experiences with the staff that loaded my items were excellent
