No one answers emails. Very frustrating when your auction is ending in two days and you cant get the auction house to ever respond to emails. Aside from that, the experience at the auction house was great. The guys are very friendly

returned item then got 5 emails saying i havent picked up items then i was being charged on the th email. promptly delted my account and probably will not use you in the future.
The item I bought was not found when I went to pick it up. The last time happened something similar. Very disappointed with the service and organization of the products.
The item I bought claimed it was new, no pieces missing. Got home (which was a 45 minute drive) Tried to put it together only to learn that there was over half the pieces missing. It was completely unusable. But I wasn’t going to drive another 45 minutes back for a 6$ refund. I wouldn’t have bid on it if it was accurately described.
The pics are nit good enough or the descriptions.
Both products I bought were too badly damaged to use. I didn’t notice I only had 7 days to return before I bought and when I opened boxes 2 days after i picked them up I wasn’t able to make it back during the hours to return. Wasted almost $100.00. Complete rip-off.
Im stuck with items that were listed incorrectly, damaged, missing pieces, wrong color and size. I lost my money for items i cant use and also lost momey on rental truck I paid to pick up these damaged goods. Yup thanks

I would give you all the stars but for one reason. One person caused the lack of satisfaction, one person who deals with your customers. Female working front desk. I drive all the way from Payson-Heber to get there to pick up one item. I walk in the door at 5:58 pm and this person gives me crap about being there to close to closing time. She states “I’ll allow it this time but i won’t next time” she needs to have a lesson in how to deal with customers. Instead of feeling like a customer i felt like i was late to school!
