I purchased a vehicle although the sales was awesome however, the car was missing floor mats the car was on empty, and there was paint in the seats. I was told to return to get my gas filled up the paint to be removed out of the seat. also, to receive floor mats upon a coming back to receive those items, I was told no I could not get the floor mats and they would not remove the paint out of the seat to wear the manager of the detail even curse I was very upset to receive a car from a dealership with no floor mats where I had... read more

Service was not good got a car from there the next week the transmission was bad smh they treated me like it was my fault and it just was a very bad experience

Did not troubleshoot my issue or try to duplicate the issue by driving it and argued that my car was in a wreck and the alignment was done right and that’s just the way it is.
Salesman promises products and devices that aren’t offered. Service manager was a complete jerk. The only saving grace was the finance department who was the only one who seemed to know what was going on there.

Did not go well for me had to keep calling about my car and Nissan said something else going on with my car but didn’t tell me

First brand new car had no lug nut key. Stranded on side of road. Ordered tire to replace and they ordered wrong tire. Sat in waiting area for hours all day to find out they had the wrong tire. Did not tell us they were going to Gainesville to get the tire and we could reschedule or come back. THEY JUST LET US SIT FOR HOURS!

I keep having the same problem with my 2019 Nissan Armada & they aren't fixing the issue & this has costed my lots of unnecessary time & money. They also have poor customer service. Their used car manager even cursed out my husband & should be fired. They also never have courtesy cars available & are extremely slow. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!
