When I had an oil change on September prior to a trip to PA the next day, the service center made a serious mistake. Soon after crossing the SC border the red trouble light for oil pressure came on, stopping at the next rest area I called and and it was confirmed I could not drive further so I called AAA for a tow to the dealer in Anderson. Came in for an oil change. Drove home and the car made the worse sound. Had to miss work on Monday to bring it back in and found out they rotated my tires and they were what was causing the noise. Disappointed they didn't tell me while I was there originally. Would have save me time and money. Also, the wait was 2 1/2 hours which is absolutely ridiculous. Don't schedule appointments so close together causing people to wait extended periods. Not sure I will be back for continued maintenance.
Worst experience ever. And wasnt just one thing my car was there for a couple months total
Did not deliver as promised and Refuse to make it right. I placed my trust in the salesman an got burned!
Brought my truck to get service 3 times last time had appointment waited 1 and 30 still didn't get service.
Very poor quality control. Once something goes wrong sales throws up hands and says they can't help anymore. Service is a joke. Bought a truck within a week the engine needed replaced. Now it's been 3 weeks of ownership and dealership still has the truck and is just now starting on the removal of the engine.
Waited all day for lousy service repair and the dealership broke a part and made me pay for their mechanic error. It was unfair.
I took my vehicle in to have the front camera looked at because it blacks out from time to time. The diagnostic found it needed a new camera replacement. I was told it was not covered under warranty and it would cost 1200 dollars, even though my car had less than 30,000 miles at that time. Not a lot of vehicles like what I was looking for. The price of my vehicle was TO HIGH. I already have to bring my vehicle back for repair.
