Worst experience ever. And wasnt just one thing my car was there for a couple months total
Did not deliver as promised and Refuse to make it right. I placed my trust in the salesman an got burned!
Brought my truck to get service 3 times last time had appointment waited 1 and 30 still didn't get service.
Very poor quality control. Once something goes wrong sales throws up hands and says they can't help anymore. Service is a joke. Bought a truck within a week the engine needed replaced. Now it's been 3 weeks of ownership and dealership still has the truck and is just now starting on the removal of the engine.
Waited all day for lousy service repair and the dealership broke a part and made me pay for their mechanic error. It was unfair.
I took my vehicle in to have the front camera looked at because it blacks out from time to time. The diagnostic found it needed a new camera replacement. I was told it was not covered under warranty and it would cost 1200 dollars, even though my car had less than 30,000 miles at that time. I left there and called the warranty number located in my owner’s manual. Nissan said my car was fully covered and should have been repaired and that they would notify the shop. Not a lot of vehicles like what I was looking for. The price of my vehicle was TO HIGH. I already have to bring my vehicle back for repair.
I was not satisfied with Mark Beavers after the purchase of my vehicle. He seem to only want to go to next sale
Not recommend if they’re in a hurry. 3 hour oil change?? Agent was very nice.
