I was not satisfied with Mark Beavers after the purchase of my vehicle. He seem to only want to go to next sale
Not recommend if they’re in a hurry. 3 hour oil change?? Agent was very nice.
I didn't realize truck needed tires till day after sale. When I asked what could be done Mark was rude and said they wouldn't do anything about it since it was used. Reputable tire dealer advised to not ride on 2 front tires so I had to purchase a new set of tires since other 2 tires were not much better.
Isssue was not fully addressed. Had to go to another dealership to get air conditioner fixed after coming back on 2 days and paying over $150+
Bought a used truck and it was in the shop in two weeks. I have less that 300 miles on the truck. Will spend the third week of ownership with no vehicle. Dealership refused to pay anything at all to have it repaired. This was once somewhere I would recommend, but this has now changed. I would have been happy with a partial cover of repairs since I had it such a short time. Now I am out more money, borrowing a way to go for a week, and not even made the first payment or gotten my vehicle tag.
Didn't get the service that I was supposed to get. the full inspection for the problem wasn't fully done, but still had to pay
After 3 hours of waiting at the dealer, I decided to go check on the status to find the papper work and key located at a vacant desk and my car parked to the side completely finished. How much longer would I have waited on someone to text me my car was ready if I had not gone to check? I never got a ready text at all. I repeated asked the time stamp my car was finished and each person asked said they couldn’t see. Brought my car in for noise that showed up directly after a repair Said it was the alternator. $1800 to fix. Had a feeling, took it to mechanic. NOTHING WRONG WITH ALTERNATOR. THIEVES!!!!
UPON MY ARRIVAL JONATHAN TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD BE AT LEAST A 2 HOUR WAIT TIME! I TOLD HIM THAT WAS OKAY AND HE EXPLAINED THAT THERE WERE REFRESHMENTS IN THE WAITING AREA. HE ALSO ASKED DID I NEED A SHUTTLE OR RIDE TO TAKE ME SOMEWHERE WHILE MY CAR WAS BEING SERVICED. I HAD MY DEBIT CARD OUT READY TO PAY FOR SERVICE AND HE EXPLAINED TO ME THE PLAN THAT CAME WITH MY PURCHASE AND THE FIRST 8 OIL CHANGES ARE FREE.
