The young man in the office, (didn't give me his name) was unbelievable rude! When I asked about the rate increase, he insinuated I couldn't afford the rent and suggested I move out before the due date. I've never been treated so rudely in my life. I won't be back nor will I ever recommend your company to anyone.
You are better off leaving your vehicle outside the gates and praying. This lace is a hot spot for vehicles to get broken into.

Not even close to the bogus ass reviews they pay for from birdeye. Don't trust this place. This location has a serious history of treating customers very poorly, burglary of units, errors in line process, refusing to ask auction bidders to leave pictures and ashes behind. No communication, they don't honor their payment plans they make with customers. Rightspace storage in San Jacinto is the absolute worst thing that has happened to me. They did such a poor job handling the lien sale of my unit. I could on and on but what's the point. They literally didnt anything right or legally. Nor did they show once but of class or decency. Lazy, greedy, liars, unprofessional.
