THIS IS THE SECOND TIME OUR STORAGE UNIT HAS GOTTEN BROKEN INTO. THIS TIME THEY TOTALLY RANSACKED OUR ENTIRE UNIT, BROKE FURNITURE ETC. I AM SURE THERE ARE OTHER UNITS THAT GOT HIT, BESIDES OURS. THEY PICKED THE LOCK AND PUT IT ON BACKWARDS AGAIN! SO, ITS GOTTA BE THE SAME PEOPLE! WE WILL BE LOOKING INTO A SECURITY CAMERA AND ALARM FOR OUR UNIT, I SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME! WE ARE LIVID AND ANGRY!

I am very unhappy with Right Space storage. I’ve been paying $205/month on the 7th for over 5 years. New company new rules. Now you’re late by the 5th. I’m a very reliable renter and Right Space wants to charge by $40 late fee because they will not honor continuing for me to pay on the 7th!! Prices just keep going up up up. Right Space has terrible customer service managers etc etc. they are willing to give NEW CUSTOMERS 50% and long term customers NOTHING. I DEFINITELY AM GOING TO TRY AND GET MY STUFF OUT OF STORAGE ASAP!!

I originally had a great experience with right space till they got bought by this new company. They got bought out while I was overseas, they doubled the cost of the storage, and refused to put a military discount on my new lease. I got completely taken advantage by this company and their response to me was sucks. Even after I got home, they told me I could put all my stuff into a different storage unit to save money for the last two months I was going to be there but they would were going to keep my original storage unit 10... read more

The entire operation is clown show. They migrated to a new payment system without letting customers know and the cc info was not updated. So I got charged late fees because my account. Also, the elevator was out of service for over 3 months, again with no communication or updates.

Horrible experience, originally when we had Greg as a manager, everything seemed smooth, but under new mnagement, all our TVs, electronics, sons's PS4, Gaming monitor, husbands's Tools, bikes, personal belongings were ALL STOLEN AND NEVER RECEIVED NOTIFICATION FROM MANAGER, NO SIGNS OF A BREAK IN AS MANAGER CUT OUR LOCK AND PLACED THERES (STORAGE) ON IT, WAS DUE TO GO TO AUCTION, BUT WAS ABLE TO GET UNIT BACK AFTER PAYING SO MUCH MONEY FOR OVER YEAR AND HALF AS A LOYAL CUSTOMER WHILE WE TRANSITIONED TO NEW HOUSING, BUT SURPR... read more

They will charge you ridiculous fees without notifying you and bully you into making the payment so you can retain your belongings. I would not recommend this facility for your rental needs
