If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t store here unless you want your stuff stolen. Not a good part of Pensacola. Security cameras don’t work.

I have had this storage unit for 2 months exactly, and they just sent me a letter in the mail saying they're raising my units rent to $130/month, up from $93. That is a 40% increase in price. Do not rent here - they get you in at the low price, and then jack up the price on you once you have all of your stuff in, knowing that most people won't want to move all of their stuff again. Actual legal thievery due to their contract they make you sign.

We have been renting 2 storage spaces here for 1 year. Last week we had someone break into our storage unit and steal specific things, big and heavy things that you would be able to see perfectly through a camera, worth over $5000. The lock, which was purchased here, was not broken, someone broke in with a KEY or picked a very sophisticated lock. I’m the only one who has the keys to this lock, and they are not lost.
