I reserved a unit on line for 4 January 2024 and when I went to reserve it this morning, I was told that it had been rented out on Thursday. No where does it says first come basis on the website or even been told that when speaking on the phone to person at the facility. This in my opinion is really bad business.

No stars- please be warned about this large corporation / the business is “bate and switch” which is very clever if you think about how difficult it would be get out of it after having “buyers remorse” - getting out of the contract would be extremely difficult. It would involve renting a moving truck again getting all of your items out and moving them to another (more fairly run) storage space !! They will raise your rates as they’ve done for us twice a year. So my suggestion is try other places and check about their policy ... read more

I've been a customer of Securcare Storage for over 6 years at the same location in Avon, Indiana. Since the company has been taken over by NSA brands, my rental rates have constantly increased to outrageous rates! This year alone 2023, I have been paying almost $900 per month for 3 units that are rarely maintained, no lights, leaking roofs and doors as well as poorly maintained property.
