If you're on autopay you best check how much they're charging you they Jack the price up if you're on autopay from what they normally rent the units for

Stay as far away from this company as possible !! It is a “bate and switch” operation!! “Get a free month and a reasonable rate” NOT FOR LONG!!! They have upped my rent TWICE a year for the 4 or so years I’ve been there !! No customer loyalty!! We have never missed a payment in all that time / we are renting an UNHEATED GARAGE... on what planet do expenses for THAT increase twice a year ?!?! Raising the rent sometimes twice a year and the gate has been broken for a week. The alarm system has been disconnected. When Three Rivers Self storage sold out this place has went down hill. They sure are not putting any of that extra money back into the facility.
