Nice staff, helped me make my delivery.
My boss got a unit for us here at this location because we are closing down our store and management made it very easy to do so with their kindness and thoroughness.
I called twice regarding doing some price shopping in the area and both of the ladies I spoke with were very kind.

Stay away from this business. They increase they price by 40% after the first month. When questioned, the only response they are able to give you is that is because of their corporate policy.

I rented a storage unit at Move It Storage on Lakeside Dr. I had this unit for over a year. Many items of value, and personal items of my families deaths. I was behind on 2 months of payments, was told by 'Libby' that my unit would be auctioned off on November 24th,2024. When i called to get amount due the morning of 24th, was informed that my unit was auctioned on the 21st of November,2024. At whatever cost, do not rent storage space from this company. One of the elevators, the one on my side of the building has been broken since Halloween and noone seems to give a shit. 3 weeks ago, the regional manager called me back after once again, i could not access my upstairs unit and said that istorage admin failed to sign the repair contract but it would be fixed within the week. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT STORE YOUR ITEMS HERE!! Unfortunately this storage is ran like an animal shelter and not storage facility. Sadly it has gone down! I have previously stored my boat here in a covered parking spot by a wall with no issues at all. I moved it for about a year into another location ( indoors) when that location sold I elected to come back and what a mistake I have made. Yesterday I came to visit my boat and found no less than 10 feral cats have used my boat ( that has 2 boat covers on it) as a litter box.... read more
