I would give a no star review if possible. I was renting here before it was bought by Move-In. Before Move-in the service was great. Once Move-In took over my rates continually increased, they stopped taking packages to my unit, and now they will not even receive packages at all. I moved to this unit for these services specifically! They gave me zero notice on not receiving packages and required me to come get packages before they got rained on. This is Securcare on 2500 Iris Dr Review. SecureCare Storage took over my old storage in 2022 and the rate started increasing and then I discovered that there were rodents in my unit. When I discovered the rodents, I moved out of the facility. I spoke on a couple occasions to the Management and the manager told me that she was aware of the issue and that she had sent many emails to corporate, and tried to get them to do something but they would not. The lady that works weekends is extremely rude. Parking is limited for big trucks and she allowed someone to save the spot all day not using it so we had to park way on the other end. Every experience I have had with her was rude. Everyone else has been good.

We have rented here for years on and off and the management couldn’t be nicer people we really like them. Unfortunately the company as a whole is very shady. They will raise the rates whenever they feel like it. We move in and with in 6 months rates go up. No contract just two weeks notice and the rates went up $100 on our storage unit. We have a small business and this was a huge waste of our time to move out in our busiest season. Service members, do NOT leave your vehicle here if you are planning on deploying. I am still deployed and on August 15, 2023 I received a call from the manager Debbie (very sweet, attentive and helpful) that all FOUR of my tires and rims were stolen. Allegedly the cameras have been down due to those tampering with it and it hasn’t been recording since June 23rd. I paid for a full month at the northwest storage off highway 99 on the 1st and was out by the 18th and they will not give me back my money for the last two weeks. They are keeping my money and I talked to a lady that had a storage unit right next to mine and they were charging her more a month for the exact same size. These people are rip offs!
