Not happy with the prices at all
I would not recommend this place until management changes her attitude. There is an on going problem with the manager Rebekah Doyle. She is very rude to customers and IStorage don’t seem to care how she treats them. They will refer the complaint to Yolanda the area manager, but she is just like Rebekah (very unprofessional). I ran this property for 5 years and hired Rebekah as an assistant when it was Springfield Self Storage and her 1st day of training didn’t go well, she was rude to the trainer and they didn’t want to keep... read more

Terrible service, the worst, the lady there is too rude and very rude, she hangs up the calls, she is always in a very bad mood, angry and rude, a woman who is too racist, change the staff, it would be better

Cockroaches and terrible customer service. Friendly with locals though. Feeling the gringo go home vibe pretty strong at this place. The Units don’t go to the top. You can reach over and take other peoples things or they could take yours. Found things not mine in my unit when I cleaned it out. Unit next door was so full it spilled in to mine. Also over priced. Fees just became too high. I submitted my renters insurance several times and it didn’t get added to my account, so month after month I was charged for their ins. When I called I was told sorry once we charge it to your account it can’t be changed that month. Seemed wrong to me that because of their mistake I had to keep paying. Seemed like a scam to me.
Corporate made all employees who live on site, get ride if their pets they had for years. With 1 month notice. If they don’t care about their employees, do you really think they care about customers? Btw, the are required to live on site to have the job. So it was your pets or your job kinda ultimatum and I’m gonna make sure the world knows.
