Clean units and easy to access. I am giving 5 stars to the communication and working with Becky. I'm giving 1 star for the cost, it started at $167/month and within 3 months went up $60. I understand increases, but those are typically $10-20/month. This a tough jump to handle, so I moved out before the increase took effect.

I was there just for 2 months due to a move out but the manager was nice. Even met her fiancée who helped jump my jeep. Decent prices on the small medium storages. I'd return to her storage.

Worst ever. Random pricing? Be prepared after you lock in a rate that they'll randomly increase your rates whenever they feel like it. Customer service is worthless as well. STAY AWAY

UPDATE TO THE PREVIOUS REVIEW: Since there is no way to update the previous review, here is my follow up. The new onsight manager is doing all she can to mitigate a year or more of incompetent management of the property. She inherited a mess that has not gotten much better, because her bosses are slow to react and approve required repairs. This roof issue has been known about for weeks. It's a garbage dumb. - Roof leaks. - No lighting in units. - Repeated billing issues. - Elevator routinely inoperative. - No lighting in emergency exit stairwells (see inoperative elevator). - Gate routinely stuck closed/open. - On site management is rarely onsite. - Poor communication on all of the above. - Corporate staff unable/unwilling to solve problems or provide support.
