Corporate made all employees who live on site, get ride if their pets they had for years. With 1 month notice. If they don’t care about their employees, do you really think they care about customers? Btw, the are required to live on site to have the job. So it was your pets or your job kinda ultimatum and I’m gonna make sure the world knows.

Not happy with my entire family's history being sold to some jerk when I tried to pay. How dare you jack up the late fees and lien fees until the bill was astronomically high then refuse my money when I come in to pay instead of letting me close out my account and retrieve my things. Abusers to customers. I started paying @$136 per month, you kept raising the rent price every year (sometimes in less than a year!). In 6 years I end up paying $308 for the same storage space. That's how you increase your income every year. That's more than double the original price. I won't recommend you to any friend or family member.

the guy at the reception is angry all the time. and gives terrible service

there is not enough room to type all the complaints i have about the location i am now out of. the worse part is the security there sucks and doesn't work and hasnt for the last 4-5 yrs; always promising they will get it fixed.....i was hit a couple of weeks after moving in and the same for others that have moved in and nothing to remedy the situation. funny that i have complained to the regional mgr lady and new people moving in just keep getting hit 2 weeks after moving in. but yet the rent keeps going up due to area rat... read more

*****PLEASE DO NOT STORE YOUR BELONGINGS HERE*** IT IS MY BELIEF THE EMPLOYEES OF THIS STORAGE FACILITY HAVE STOLEN MY ITEMS OUT OF STORAGE. THE REGIONAL MANAGER STATES THIS FACILITY HAS SURVEILLANCE BUT ONLY KEEPS THE FOOTAGE FOR 30 DAYS! AFTER RENTING TWO STORAGE SPACES, THIS FACILITY CLAIMS THEY TRANSFERRED THE MONEY PAID ON MY FIRST STORAGE TO MY SECOND STORAGE THINKING I WAS GOING TO TRANSFER MY ITEMS, WHEN IT WAS TOLD TO THE MANAGER I WOULD BE KEEPING BOTH OF MY STORAGE SPACES BECAUSE BOTH OF MY STORAGE SPACES WOULD NO... read more

MOST OF THE TIME NO PROBLEM --- BUT --- THERE WAS SEVERAL TIMES THAT THE GATES WERE NOT OPERATING AND WERE OPEN 24/7 -- RISK OF GETTING BROKEN INTO UNIT
