Kerri and Valencia are awesome. Clean facility and never any issues. Kerri and Valencia are easy to work with and always helpful if I do need something
We are 69 years old and have mobility Issues which were verbalized to your agent, however; we were issued a storage unit way out from the v office area, with no lighting in or outside of the unit and don't feel safe when we have to get in after dark! For $173.00 per month plus the insurance, we feel taken advantage of! Especially since we chose you over the Mohave Storage which is just down the street and has a bigger unit and cost less per month. CAN YOU DO ANYTHING TO MAKE US FEEL BETTER ABOUT CHOOSING RIGHT SPACE?

Greedy company! Just raised my monthly rent by 25% effective 01 April 2024. This follows a steady notification of annual or semi-annual notifications of rent increases over the last 2 years. I highly recommend you look at other options as this company is clearly looking at getting rich off poor people.

If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t store here unless you want your stuff stolen. Not a good part of Pensacola. Security cameras don’t work.

I have had this storage unit for 2 months exactly, and they just sent me a letter in the mail saying they're raising my units rent to $130/month, up from $93. That is a 40% increase in price. Do not rent here - they get you in at the low price, and then jack up the price on you once you have all of your stuff in, knowing that most people won't want to move all of their stuff again. Actual legal thievery due to their contract they make you sign.
