Joe was the one who signed me up and he was wonderful and very helpful. He took the time to drive me around the units so I can see the actual size of the units. But that's where it ends. The unit we rented had a leak and some of our things were ruined. For the amount that these units cost they should be better taken care of. I got robbed in less than 24 hours! I couldn't even lock it back because the lock was so jacked up! I had to load all of my stuff in my car! I went to try to get my money back and the front desk girl just said well, it's not fort Knox! Are you kidding me? My stuff was there less than 24 hours and I was robbed! I have yet got my money back but I have an attorney that would love to make some extra money! You people are terrible! Just give me. Y money back and I will deal with the things that were stolen!

Negligent have had recurring problems with Tully storage someone tried to break in my unit fortunately they did not succeed on taking my Brand new home appliance that I storage there .. My unit was broken into and everything was taken. It was replaced with another lock so nobody knew anything about it. Except … there was a key still in it. Just my unit, in the middle of all of the others. The manager said “we saw a key in the lock and was wondering why” nobody thought maybe they should call me?

Opening account was great. Currently the light is out over my space making it hard to see and the a/c is not working on the entire hall. Your thermometer says 88 degrees inside the hall and my truck said 88 out in the drive, about 3:00 pm 4.4.23. Assisted by Diamond since your app does not list her.
