Not even close to the bogus ass reviews they pay for from birdeye. Don't trust this place. This location has a serious history of treating customers very poorly, burglary of units, errors in line process, refusing to ask auction bidders to leave pictures and ashes behind. No communication, they don't honor their payment plans they make with customers. Rightspace storage in San Jacinto is the absolute worst thing that has happened to me. They did such a poor job handling the lien sale of my unit. I could on and on but what's the point. They literally didnt anything right or legally. Nor did they show once but of class or decency. Lazy, greedy, liars, unprofessional. Instead of closing out the agent convinced me to just down size.
I reserved a unit on line for 4 January 2024 and when I went to reserve it this morning, I was told that it had been rented out on Thursday. No where does it says first come basis on the website or even been told that when speaking on the phone to person at the facility. This in my opinion is really bad business.

No stars- please be warned about this large corporation / the business is “bate and switch” which is very clever if you think about how difficult it would be get out of it after having “buyers remorse” - getting out of the contract would be extremely difficult. It would involve renting a moving truck again getting all of your items out and moving them to another (more fairly run) storage space !!
