I've been a customer of Securcare Storage for over 6 years at the same location in Avon, Indiana. Since the company has been taken over by NSA brands, my rental rates have constantly increased to outrageous rates! This year alone 2023, I have been paying almost $900 per month for 3 units that are rarely maintained, no lights, leaking roofs and doors as well as poorly maintained property. If you're on autopay you best check how much they're charging you they Jack the price up if you're on autopay from what they normally rent the units for
