Just moved in…attendant was not on duty so had no interaction with them. 2 Large trucks parked in front of my unit that made it tight to unload.
Elevator was broken had to use the one on the other side of the building and my unit was way on the other side a big inconvenience
It was so easy to obtain a storage unit. The most friendly staff around.
Rented online,. Management got back to me very quickly with codes needed

This place sucks. They lie so they can sell your unit at an auction. They let people break in constantly. The units are not secure. And they don't give a **** when customers complain that their units are getting broke into. They left 2 units not that long ago with the doors pried open all weekend. But then again it could have just been previous customers units trying to get their own property since the staff here at this facility have a history of rejecting customers money when they are trying to pay just so they can sell th... read more
