I've been renting from SecurCare for over 15 years and have multiple storage units. They love to raise your rent every few months to outrageous amounts. They are greedy and don't care about how long you've been a customer and how many storage units you are renting from them.

I called to reserve a spot for my RV. I was assigned a indoor storage unit that I couldn’t use. Shortly after reserving the spot I went by the location to make sure that I was assigned a spot that my RV would fit. I was made aware by the store employee that the spot I was assigned couldn’t be used for what I needed. I have called Customer Service requesting a refund of my Payment and have been given the run around. I am very disappointed in their customer service.
