I've had a storage space here for a few years now. There was a marked difference when ownership changed. Numerous times the self-pay portal has not worked and I've commented directly to the company about this. In July my mom died and I was wracked with bills. I fell behind in payment but caught back up - paying all penalties. The 12 dollar a month charge in addition to the price of the rental makes it the same as getting it from somewhere else. Its no savings. I have business that includes storage lockers and they would not take an ademdum to my already existing insurance. It seems like a money grab to me. I wonder what the "insurance" really covers.

Awesome service
If I could leave a 0 stars I would. Secure my ass. We were in a transition where we just moved back to Colorado and needed somewhere safe to keep all of our items. We were living with a family member until we could find a house. Not even a month into having our items stored at this “secure” storage business and our lot got broken into. They handled it so poorly, acted like it was no big deal, only for us to find out about 8k -9k was taken from our “secure” storage unit. Don’t go here …mice in everything they ate the cords off my tools hoses off my welder two inflatable Kayaks rodent damage and piss on all my camping gear and it’s not Covered by the insurance provided been here for 2 years all my stuff is ruined 😡

Been renting there for years. Has gone downhill tremendously since the old owners sold to a corporation. Pay in advance discounts disappeared. Rents went up astronomically and this location is in the outskirts of a small town, basically in the boonies. Latest rent increase takes the cake: $43 more a month!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND.
