No one ever in office. Can't sign lease agreement online. Keeps kicking out. Facility dirty. Had to clean out my unit before putting anything in it. Roll up doors bent and don't seal on bottom. . Still have not been able to sign lease agreement in person.

The place is clean but in the middle of our moving on a Saturday afternoon, the lights on half of the hallway (including my unit location) when off. Luckily I had a small flashlight but it was still to dark and we had to stock our stuff with that inconvenient.

Tyler was a very hard worker, very accommodating and has a very pleasant demeanor. I would highly recommend your place. It is clean and the climate control units are fantastic!

Office manager was extremely unhelpful. Telling me id have to wait to start my rental because she was going to lunch and customer service should have made me aware of her lunch schedule. This after me waiting at the gate trying to enter property ON TIME for upwards of 15 minutes. Even calling property and customer service for gate entry.

I was unable to get an access code. I hire someone to move me after being told I would get an access code I got there and customer service refused to give it to me so I paid over $200 and never moved anything in the storage unit.

Nothing to say.Woman in the office was not friendly.She told me what she has available expected me to know exactly what I wanted didn't go out of her way to be friendly or helpful.There is nothing to say about this place.
