They were very helpful.
Found lower price than I was paying but the only way to get it was to move units. Didn't need to move units when you raised prices. Then made the mistake of reserving a space online - got wrong space (no option to choose a space) and then couldn't complete the reservation because online signatures aren't valid. If they aren't valid, why do you offer it?
4th time unit flooded out. Effected multiple units. Called insurance company to start a claim and was denied, 'We cover water damage but not any item that's damaged by water'. After 2nd flooding, I was put on some list to get next available unit, for about 9 months. Finally 1st free unit since June 2022 came available and after $10K in damages, switched units. And was told it's all my fault. Still in shock!

CALLED IN TO INQUIRE ABOUT A UNIT AND TALKED TO JOHN. TOLD HIM WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. JOHN WAS SUPPOSED TO EMAIL INFO TO ME AND AS OF THIS MORNING I HAVEN'T RECEIVED AN E MAIL. HE ASKED FOR MY PHONE NUMBER IN CASE WE GOT DISCONNECTED. SO I THOUGHT MAYBE HE WOULD'VE CALLED ME BACK IF HE HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY EMAIL GOING THRU.

They took my storage building after I paid for a month in just two weeks cause there was no lock or anything in it yet

I paid for my storage online and received an email that same day (Saturday) stating that I could move in. I hired some movers and paid them a deposit. When I arrived to the facility and tried to enter the gate my access code did not work. I tried several times but was unsuccessful. Pam showed me the different sized storage units that were available, got the prices, and signed the lease. Quick and easy!
