The old lady at the desk would not print us a copy of our receipt nor would she give proper information on the amount of our bill. But just kept telling us that it is going to auction if we did not pay the bill now. Come to find out it was no where close to going to auction and she wanted us to pay our bill today. Very bad information find another storage facility

A person named Kelvin who claims to be a Manager made my stay unbearable with every opportunity he got. I provided my LA WALLET as ID when I signed up, and the young lady who was there was very professional and courteous. When I was notified that my check was returned ,I went in to pay cash and a person named Kelvin was there this time. No one available upon move in. Tried to move in Monday January 9th at 10am and no one in the office with a sticky note saying “day off”, no help with locks or what was okay. Found the unit was too small and no one available to help get another one. Husband went the next day January 10th still no one there to help facilitate a bigger unit.
My vehicle has been stuck inside the parking lot for over 24 hours without a response from a representative. I’ve called, sent a chat, email, numerous times and nothing.
Unit that I have rented for 30 months gets soaked everytime it rains or snows. Door doesn't go all the way up. Have complained to management several times and nothing is done. Probably doesn't help that every year their is new management! Also, in 30 months, rent has been raised over a 120 dollars than what it started at!! This place is a joke...

Lamento decir que las instalaciones NO son lo que esperaba. Ya que no cuentan con luz interior y en este horario de invierno desde muy temprano ya NO se puede ver dentro del storage . Y el trato del personal es muy inapropiado.

WARNING Worst place ever. Why did I not see the huge number of bad reviews before I rented here. Don't rent here WARNING Your unit will be broken into and when you complain about your stuff being stolen the manager will tell you to tell your insurance company about it. They don't even care.
Your representative Keisha is rude and not professional. I hope that she really learns how to.talk better to customers. I took my money somewhere else. I will not take my business there again. Thank u
