Had trouble with signing the electronic contract, so I exited out and started over. This ended up double billing my account (charged 2 lockers). Called on Monday to straighten out, left a VM. No one returned my call. Called back late in the afternoon and sat on hold for 5:00 min. Finally got a customer service agent. Went through a lengthy explanation. He said he was going to give me a ticket number to resolve my issue. He put me on hold and then the line was disconnected. Super frustrating. I’m currently into 7 min of hold ... read more

It was a good experience thanks to Tom! Nice clean facility and very safe. Above and beyond that was the help that Tom gave me in finding my unit, taking care of the locks, and working the safety doors for security I felt very good about my SecurCare choice. Thanks so much for your calm, kind help Tom!

Showed up to place items in storage only to find a locked unit. No one would come unlock it on 5/22 so my items were left outside in the elements all night

SecurCare is great storage place That is mainly because the first person that started me out using SecurCare was very good at what he does Tom was able to help me out right away and stuck with me until i knew how to use this location This is only the second time I've used a storage in Tulsa. Thanks to Tom and the professional way things are done here, I'm very please with where I've choosen to store my valuables!

I left the lock off my unit to drive my car around and they closed my account. It was a headache getting reinstated. I never told them I was closing out my unit.

When we moved in we were told they would ask the renters next to us to move their vehicles since they were encroaching on our space. (Incidentally that’s the reason the last renter left). After 2 requests for the vehicles to be moved, we found other accommodations and moved our camper less than 2 weeks into our monthly rental. When I phoned to tell them we were gone and to ask for a refund given the situation, we were told sorry.
