Property is filthy and security is bad since the new management team assumed responsibility at the end of January. Everything was much better for the 2 years befoe that. I do not recommend this facility to anyone.

Ever since I storage took over. Bugs in my 5x5 and monthly price is WAY TO EXPENSIVE..... was gonna stay till eoy, but soon as I get some time will be shopping for another storage unit.

I rented my storage space on 3/31/22 n picked up my items on 5/14/22. Prior to renting there were no Warning Signs that the outside units water may get into them. My Personal & household items water damage and mildew...Electronics water damage matress full of so much water when lifted the water leaked like a faucet...I find it hard to believe this is not a known issue n it's not the 1st 2nd or 3rd time....im so pissed.....got the basic insurance n im pretty sure they are gonna find a reason not to even pay me the $1000....My... read more

So Ive been renting a storage unit at the Carrollton Oak Tree location for roughly a year.And inflation has driven the prices of everything sky-high! I went as usual to pay my monthly payment ahead of schedule when i was notified that I was being denied the renewal of my monthly lease.
