I'm an auction buyer I bought a unit from Smoke Ranch door America I had an issue because there was no lock no Tampa tag and knowing employee there when I got to the unit so that leaves me to believe that storm America Tampa's with their auction units so I would advise all auction buyers not to buy any auctions from these facilities

The office was closed early and no one was at site when I arrived. Had to call online to set up storage and was able to figure it out. Should have had instructions on site to call for information on what to do if no one is working when the clearly left early.

I’m pissed. I paid 4 days in advance so that I can have access to the storage for Christmas days as I loaded all my stuff in the truck ready to unload. I was told the unit wouldn’t have lock and I will have to bring my own. When I got there. There were locks on them and nobody pick up the phone because of Christmas. Now I have to pay $100 extra for my truck for the extra day.
Manager was very nice, he made it easy on the first day. He explained everything that I needed to know.

The Black Female working the office needs to be fired she harass me every single time I'm at my storage unit unloading, this time she went to far as to yelling at me in front of my son and trying to hit my vehicle as I left scaring my child. Terrible! The office is locked 90% of the time. I’m sure there is a manager there somewhere. Only reason I rented there is because of location.
