Beware of the Weedpath Hwy location in Bakersfield California. The manager there has a huge attitude problem. And if you are a female with three lil kids with you the manager will totally verbally assault you. Throbbing veins in his forehead and all. He will rush your car and scream at the top of his lungs at you. For what? Anything he can make up in his lil brain. Don't bother trying to complain to the area manager either. Paid for review rating. Absolutely not 4.8 With Birdseye it doesn't matter what the actual reviews say as long as your paying your going to have a 5.0 or 4.8 Rightspace in San Jacinto has more unit break ins and thefts than any other storage facility around as well as a high number of illegally sold units and unresolved customer complaints. Don't rent here.

HORRIBLE PLACE INFESTED WITH MICE !!! HEROIN ADDICTS SLEEPING INSIDE NEEDLES ON FLOOR . I have had my belongings in my unit for a month and a half and when i went to my unit to grab a few things out of it today what i seen when i opened that gate was horrific poop and pee every were. It looked like my unit was abandoned for years and mice took over everything ! my valuables damaged my boxes eaten up and things inside pooped and peed all over. Unit sold off after I tried to pay, they refused my money so they could auction my unit. And also refused to ask the **** who won my unit to leave the pictures or ASHES behind so I could pick them up. Real classy establishment.

I can't do this anymore the cost of my unit keeps going up. I started out paying 45.00 dollars as of yesterday they raised it again with no warning now if $150.00 a month same unit I've had since 2009. I'm disabled and can't afford it. If I wasn't down from breaking my back I would get my stuff out this week. I've been in this unit since 2009 but I originally started renting from you in 2004 and transferred units in 2009.

I would give them negative stars if I could. Avoid this business at all cost. The woman on site disappears when they are supposed to be open. The phone number is wrong to contact her. They are double charging. They did not have a computer system to accept payments when they took over from Aardvark. Now they are charging double. Was told all caught up last month, but again charging double and refuses to fix the problem. Will look for a storage location that does not lie to their customers.

They just raised my rent again at Christmas time so I now pay 231 dollars a month! Not very good people to do this! I don't recommend them at all!
