In less than 1 month after being here, my property was vandalized and stolen. Tried calling the office 4 times today and left voicemails. I’ve received no help so far.

Both times I went to move into the unit, there was no one in the office during open hours. There was no sign on the door indicating that they were taking a break or anything. I went 3 times over two days at different times and still no one was there.

IStorage requested review: . 05-10-22 11:40 A. M. Storage lock/closing mechanism will not allow lock to be properly installed. Unit smells awful with black/brown gunk on the floor. It’s such a shake down paying a $26 dollar application fee. Once I leave, i will not return. I will share this on all social media, bypassing your app that forces you to log on with what you direct. 05-10-22 11:40 A. M.

Could not figure out your electronic signing app, and why can’t your office just print out the lease, get my signature and give me a copy right there and then??
Your storage facility has no working Security GATE. My lease was terminated by the regional manager when I got upset with her about it and Cursed her out! The CUSTOMER is ALWAYS RIGHT! Your employees have no customer service Skills! She should get the gate working immediately and Apologize to ME!
