quand je suis arrivé au stockage, je n'en savais rien, ma mère est morte et je n'ai pas vraiment pu dire ce dont j'avais besoin. la dame était si gentille qu'elle ne parlait pas ma langue et pas une seule fois elle ne s'est fâchée ou frustrée à cause de la barrière de la langue. Ollivia a en fait suivi des étapes pour m'aider à lui faire comprendre ce dont j'ai besoin. elle était si serviable que je n'oublierai jamais

My camper was stolen from insecure care in mount holly in just 4 days!!! The gate was left wide open and no working cameras. They acted like this was a common thing and I learned that a car hauler trailer was stolen just weeks before my camper. My camper was 7 days old!! I drove by and saw it at 2 pm and later that day drove by at 6 pm and it was gone!! They cut the lock and drove out with no camera even recording it. Unreal!! Insulation issue in the outdoor units. Debris everywhere. Don’t use them. No resolution other than to throw a tarp over my things offered.

Do not do business with these people. They will accidentally double charge you after offering you a free month, but in the end they will say it's your fault, lock you out, and charge you more fees for their mistakes. Beware, stay away!

Process was fine, unit was fine. The property is is broken down, keypad sticks and have to push it multiple times to open gate. The roadways are a complete disaster with gigantic potholes, almost impossible to avoid and damaging to your vehicle. Very disappointing considering that we have rented here over the years and it's convenient location for us, but really needs to be maintained. Not reflecting the owners care about it, or their reputation.
