Access is very sketchy at this location. The gate was chained shut because it was broken on Friday Saturday and they are closed on Sunday. I had to rent three extra days for my U-Haul. No one was there to help access during posted business hours. The girl at the front desk when I paid for the storage was very nice but I never saw anyone again after I paid my money. Never again for me!

Very poor policies here at the San Jacinto location. Unethical. Even worse customer service. **** shame really
Watch out for the autopay system. Even if not working correctly they will charge you a late fee.

The agent who took my order issued me an incorrect code for the gate. I had to oahvthemcsn extra hour until an agent from Vic another branch was able to help me out

The storage on Esplanade in San Jacinto Ca does not treat their customers well at all. They do not address issues when brought to them. The old managers were awful and allowed the employees to steal from the units. I don't know how the new managers handle things but even with good intentions the corporate higher ups in the company are not at the least bit concerned with what's happening at the facility. Extremely expensive. And after cancelling it, it was not prorated. Cancelled and asked if I would be reimbursed and they said no. Unfortunately some things were damaged and had to throw in the garbage.

Not Good. Had a problem opening the unit door until I stepped on the metal at the bottom of the door below the locking mechanism. When done putting boxes into the unit, we couldn't close the door! There was NO ROPE on the metal at the center bottom of the door! Luckily my grandson was able to jump up and grab the bottom of the door and pull it down halfway. I spent $9.00 at Stone's Ace hardware for a package of 50 feet of rope, to attach a rope to the bottom middle of the door. I believe I should be reimbursed for the $9.0... read more
Code given and didn’t work and bought a lock and when I get to the place they don’t have any. Who knows if I’ll get my money back the guy was so rude!!
