Most of everything was damaged. Had to be thrown out 😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤. My daughters’ things also damaged 😤😤😤😤😤. And company keeps the money and besides when you sign they inform you that if you lose keys you have to pay. Well what do you know, turned keys oh no they keys and lock are yours. What do I want them for? Found a lot of little pink kind of plastic like. And I had nothing plastic much less pink. Rating: -000000000. And $150. Beginning in May not worth it.

When I rented that unit I was told there would no humidity issues. I had coats in vacuum bags and other pieces. I had other things. Today I decided this is way too expensive so I decided to cancel it. The vacuum bags were open, clothing was humid, a lot of ruined stuff like pictures frames, etc. I was so pissed. Everything had to be thrown out. And top it off, the month of April was completely paid and always paid on/or before the 1st. Today is the 18th you would think they would prorate my monthly bill. I have had a unit, sometimes two, for over 5 years. Since iStorage took over, things have gone down hill. The price consistently is going up, but I see no improvements. The road is awful, with pot holes all over the place. The gate is frequently left open. I have the same code as someone else. The space is not worth the cost. If there was a closer place, I would have switched.

The process was very simple online. There was a deal online that we took and it was very easy to set up online. At the end we were given our code. We drive over there and all there is is a box with the numbers but no instructions. Frustrated we waited another 10 min for the manager to come back from lunch. When we came up to the door she was very rude and irritated as if we interrupted her already over lunch. She was very hateful about our questions. They lied to me on the phone by telling me I could prepaid months then got me involved in a contract and then wouldn't accept my prepayment so they could raise the rent on me.

I received a $32 increase after being there only 2 months. Also no dumpsters provided like other storage facilities do and there are no security cameras there in the gated section. The gate stayed broke for almost a week when I first rented there. They should have been honest and up front about the rental rate instead of letting me move in first and then increase it so quickly.

False advertising regarding the price. I was lied to by the girl making the transaction when I asked her the price and RIGHT BEFORE the transaction was complete, she MENTIONED that there is a MANDATORY $12 insurance fee. Will tell everyone to stay away.....
