We found the personnel both courteous and helpful. This was a time in our lives when we were both stressed and ignorant of how the storage system worked. The gentleman in charge made it downright pleasant.
The lights have been out in the indoor storage hallway for days. It’s pitch black in there. We were lucky we had a flashlight. The entry to one end of the hallway is always locked, so we had to go all the way around to the other end which was open, but far away from our unit. Nobody is ever in the office. I realize they are having difficulty hiring help, but maybe they don’t pay enough. Anyways, somebody somewhere owns that place, and they need to check on it once in a while.
Store manager is good and is worth doing business with. Corporate office is absolute garbage. I would hate to be the store manager, “backed” by a corporate office that can’t carry its own weight.
Convenient and easy online experience
The courteous personnel were wonderful in their willingness to explain and their knowledge. The premises were clean and uncluttered. While the items stored are not valuable, they have many memories with them. I feel they are secure.

Easy, convenient, online rental procedure and property manager came out to introduce herself when I was putting things in the unit.

I went to rent a unit just to find out that the one they gave me was already rented. They had another unit that was the exact same size that they said they would need to clean and they’d have it ready the next day. When I went back to get it, they said it would be $100 more than the original one that I started with, but it was the exact same size!! No explanation as to why it would be more expensive. I have three units here, I pay thousands a year with zero promos, no notification of rate increases, zero follow thru from leader ship and corporate. I will Not be referring Istorage to any of my colleagues or clients alike, very disappointed in this company, and I’m a company owner myself.
I rented a Storage unit for 3 years. Communication was poor. Return Phone Messages are non-existent. Facility was nice, but poorly managed.
