The staff has a new practice I've found intriguing. In order to combat the local problem of vagrants and drug users. The staff at secure storage has opted into manufacturing methamphetamine ,selling to the local community ,and allowing them to rob storage units all night. Once the tweaker have had their fill ,they call the police on them to scare them off. In regards to your response on Jan. 22 on my comment for me to get in touch as to the cost of the storage unit. I did call nothing was done, no special rate for seniors just 10% on the 1st. Month. I am trying to get transportation to turn in the unit. Is just too expensive. Not worth it.

These storage rates have gone out of proportion. The increases s not $2-3 yr. It’s up to $10. I started at $80. Ow in May 2022 it’s going up again now I am up to $150. Not worth it.

I have two units in Zionsville. Once I filled out the paperwork (rental agreements) in person. I kept getting repeat notices to do it again online. . Then my first unit I've been renting for a few months., the manager had no record of my paperwork for that unit and no sign of the homeowners insurance proof I gave the for the first unit. Now they want it again and I have to contact my insurance company again to order another copy. So I'm not doing any of this.
