Rented the storage unit for the week before I moved out of my apartment, found housing a few days before I was supposed to move, called them to cancel and was told I couldn’t get my 180.00 back because I pre paid and then wasn’t able to keep it for a month so I wouldn’t feel like my money was just lost. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.

You gave me a storage that was already occupied. The elevator wasn't working. No one was answering or returning my call. Worst experience ever. I had to pay for 2 separate storage's because you guys took my payment and i had to find another one the same day.

I would never rent or refer anyone to this location. The unprofessionalism by staff and management, including the district manager, is absurd. Also, I was never given a refund for the unit I paid for and wasn't allowed access to. I'll be sure to leave the same review on every website. This company is the worst I've ever dealt with. I'm so happy Storage One, a block away, was able to accommodate me without an issue. Their staff is quite friendly, available and helpful. I had completed the rental agreement online. Rightspace sent me an email congratulating me on using a Rightspace storage unit. It also included my gate access code. After loading my 12' trailer with furniture and getting a helper to unload, the gate access code did not work to get me into the facility and get to to my assigned storage unit. There was clear instructions on the keypad. I tried several times and got a message on the display "access denied". I had my helper try, too, and it didn't work.
