There was a break in. Someone 'cut a hole in the fence but couldn't find it' and cut open a a few units. A week after I had one load left to take and took a picture of it and left a half hour before closing. I returned the next day at 5pm and the regional manager was there to inform me I 'had left my unit open all night'. No I didn't. But sure enough the door was wide open and no lock to be seen. Never received $87 refund due to me after multiple attempts. This was my first storage unit rental experience!

First off, the spaces are way overpriced! Second, they do not tell you the correct code. Third, my storage unit was filthy when I arrived with my very first load. I had to kick the nasty debris out with me feet the best I could. That was four days ago and the debris is STILL laying out in front of my storage unit.

Went to get things out of storage and a snake crawled right into our storage unit. Called the facility number and was transferred it was no one who could help us. So the belongings I need are currently stuck in the storage with a snake!!!

So far it has been a great experience. Everyone involved in the Greenhorn Rd facility running clean and safe are doing great. Hoping all my belongings stay safe and secure . Looks like it will stay safe. Thanks

Deberían tener horario extendido para los q trabajamos todos los dias y salimos a las 4 30 pm Tambien deberían honrar los descuentos ya que una persona fue la que me refiero a dónde ustedes y no me dieron el descuento

Needed another 5x5 for the last of my packing and Rebekah got me squared away in about an hour and the 2nd unit is very close to my bigger unit. So got all my stuff packed on time . So far all is well. Very nice and clean facility.
