I was a customer for about 10 years and treated fairly until Southern bought it and tripled the rent and added an insurance charge on top of it. All without warning . These folks are terrible landlords all out for the buck. Lights stayed out, no repairs made just suck the money out it as best they can .Stay away from them.
I reserved a storage unit over a week ago and never used it. And I’ve been calling several times to get MY MONEY deposited back into my account and hasn’t received it yet! I’m always transferred to “THE MANAGER “ and never get a response or call back and I’m very dissatisfied with your business. My unit was filthy and not cleaned when I moved in! Rat feces were everywhere! There were also 2 small glass pipes left in there, which were being used for crack or meth. There was also a used condom. It was disgusting!

Spent 2 hours trying to get the keys to the truck. On the phone three times with U-Haul. Finally gave up and drove to 380

I have never rented a unit in my life I have to move due to a death in the family unbeknown to me the unit next to mine was roach infested I could smell something when I went to the unit I bought air fresheners I just thought maybe somebody had left something behind I didn’t know I showed back up to my unit a few days later it was roach infested I had to move all my things I had to rent a truck to move to a new unit which is not very accessible no one with the staff help me move to the new unit The new unit was dirty I clea... read more

Gate is broken a lot. Rent is raised several times a year. Trash is dumped everywhere with broken cars. People live in units, fire hazards everywhere. Rules only apply to some not all equally. Run away.
