I am not appreciated as a consumer and a current paying customer. Managers are never available and very compliant with doing the minimum
Didn't get in the storage unit at all. Furniture is ruined from the raln. Gates were down so the code didn't work. Complete nightmare..luckily Jjîe

Went to office several times and no one was there had to back several times to get a lock. I had reserved the unit online and that was a waste of time. Very frustrating. Would not recommend this place to any one. The lady working there is very moody
It’s now been 4 months since this company stole a months rent 159.00 with auto pay after I moved out. I have contacted the BBB hoping they will be held accountable for stealing from me. They have promised the check was in the mail for 4 months. It hasn’t arrived yet. A TERRIBLE place to do your business. Very sad.
Rude, trashy and extremely unprofessional! Customer service is nonexistent so good luck getting help! Oh and they are running a scam so be careful when buying units!
Hi, the guys were so very nice. It's just that I've never seen a unit that tapered to a corner -- especially at about 2 feet wide. I walked it twice from the doorway and at best maybe up to 12 feet. The unit was supposedly 5x15. I called to find out the measurements of the floor for that reason. Just because it says it on my lease, doesn't mean that's what THAT unit is. Every time you call never get an answer to speak with the property manager at all, rented a storage on yesterday moved items in an the storage doesn’t even lock or closes all the way!!
