I called and a very nice lady answered and she took it from there. Fully explained, gave me the best deal and just very pleasant. Mike the on site person was thorough, competent and well organized. Extremely helpful and got me into the storage unit in a very short period of time. Great experience.

The staff was amazing. I have moved a lot and used storage units throughout the country. Ariel was fantastic and the most helpful person I have ever dealt with at a storage facility.

Signed up online for a storage building. But can literally get no information from the local franchise. Unless something drastically changes then my first month is my last month.

The property needs to be remodled your gates not working anyone can walk in so its really not secured the inside of the unit was really not good at all for you all to say that after 2 mounth it goes upnot a good idea

Buyer be Ware!!! I rented for 9 months. I was lied to about rent. 1 - 2 day(s) into a month You are charged the whole month. They just lost another 9 month rental!

My experience is you rent a unit online $1 first month I thought I was being smart by renting it on the 31st so that I could move in the beginning of August and have an entire month get there two days before I am leaving state and I am already locked out of my unit and my first month is due they'll refund your money but you won't get it for 3 to 5 days not going to help me already be gone so if you want a headache more stress and customer service from people who just want to pass it on to the next by all means go to storage ... read more
Lamentablemente reitero mi anterior recomendación. Luego de haber rentado un pequeño storage inmediatamente se presenta un inconveniente y no es necesario tener el servicio de storage. Llamo e informo inmediatamente ese mismo día para cancelar y pedir el rembolso del dinero que se pagó en menos de un día 24 hrs. The only thing that saved this review from getting only one star is the wonderful clerk at the counter. I purchased a 10x15 online, and when I got there, the gate was stuck open (which I learned was stuck for several days...real useful gate), NONE of the outside units had numbers, no guide, and even if I had found my unit, there were locks on all the units so I wouldn't have gotten in anyway.
