This company is misleading and representatives are poorly trained. Make sure you are shown the exact unit that you will be renting. I was given confirmation that a unit would have everything I stated I needed in regards to space and direct access. My card was processed and the unit that was assigned will not accommodate the type of storage and convenience I need. Reserving a unit online and moving in was a breeze. However, the “area manager” working at the 8713 Unicorn Drive, Knoxville TN, 37923 location has been nothing but rude, accusatory, and unprofessional since our first interaction. We had one got broken into they said it happens alot. Not secure at all you can jump unit to unit and staff was very rude never go again and will spead the word Â

First off let me start off by saying I've been a customer of this storage unit for some time now. I called recently inquiring about a another unit and was told on the phone that there was a unit available and when I arrived 30 minutes later there were no units available I would have to use an outside unit until an inside unit became available. From the random personnel answering and connecting me to my storage location manager, to the manager Alex....(Jennifer, and the Mexican gal that spoke in spanish and english!, and a friendy professional black gentleman that answered the phone and connected me quickly at one time, too, and he didn't ask me to leave a review )....everyone makes my affiliation a positive one. Our manager assisted you in finding a suitable unit, and shortly after you had signed a lease and paid the move-in fees and prorate. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund as your unit was not vacated from our system until February 17th , regardless of whether the unit was ever occupied.
