You should not be selling tenants pictures snd legal documents. Nor should anyone be able to buy them. Both the storage company and the people bidding on OTHER PEOPLE'S UNITS need to be a lot more considerate as to what your doing. You dont need someone else's pictures and if your to lazy to seperate them and bring them back or mot take them at all in the first place then you dont need to be bidding on storage units. All in all it was not a good day no one was at the storage unit working even though the business was open and it was normal business hours I made multiple trips to and from the unit because the people on the customer service line said the worker was probably on site and just couldn't hear his phone but it turns out he just wasn't at work that day left the facility unattended during normal business hours which turned out to be a very big inconvenience even after talking to customer service and getting a unit I was given an in... read more

The onsite manager, Chris, is great, but I would not recommend this place. My rental rate is going up nearly 18% after five months. I called to ask about this and was told that my original rate was an "introductory rate", but the manager acknowledged that they don't tell you that when you rent. I think that is outrageous. FIND ANOTHER PLACE THAT IS HONEST ABOUT THEIR PRICING POLICIES.

If I could give this place a 0 star review I would. 1 star is still to much for the distress this place has caused our family. Our big tex trailer was stolen from here! We paid for a parking spot at this facility StorAmerica on federal blvd. We had our trailer there several years! Well in December my dad put things in the trailer including hundreds of dollars worth of tools and a aluminum boat. Rightspace Storage in San Jacinto jacks up the fees, charges lien fees, lien notice fees, late charges then refuses customers money so they can sell their unit to some stranger who then dumps the person's paperwork in a field so thieves can go through and steal the person's info. Thanks rightspace
