My storage unit was filthy when I moved in and I’m STILL waiting for the light outside my unit to be fixed. I have to bring a g-d flashlight just to see inside. I really think I should be getting a discounted rate for this nonsense. Maybe I made a big mistake leaving my other storage facility.
Very understaffed, I couldn’t get a call back. I had to actually take time off yo go to the office. Hire some people - it’s unfair to the current employees to have to listen to unsatisfied customers because you don’t hire enough staff.
I know someone who wasnt able to pay her storage and the storage facility manager allowed her to retrieve her belongings and called it a skip, he then sent the bill to collections. Imagine that. Such a thing does exist. To all the people out there whom have lost their family pictures or other sentimental items that were worthless to anyone but them, remember this review. Great staff but our storage unit has doubled in price in less than 2 years...went from $130 with original owner to >$230/month. Be aware .. your intro price is NOT what you will pay in the longer term.

Great staff
Love the place .. super clean and maintained
Constantly raising prices
Facilities are poorly maintained. Side building entrance is broken. Side access gate is broken. Received a unit online. Received access code and it didn’t work! Had to call customer service twice to get resolved…the next day…I think.
