The only thing easy was renting the unit and paying for it. However any time I need assistance now, I can't get anyone to answer the phone. When I leave a message it takes over 3 days for someone to call me back, once was when it was a security issue. Very disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere!
Renting from this facility I was treated disrespectfully from the manager Kat who proceed to tell me that I'm a hot mess I need to get my life together and if she had it her way I wouldn't be able to rent here let alone park behind the gate because I'm a scum bag peice of shit and don't deserve to rent from here. I lost my job in 2020 in August my place I lived in October of 2020 and been struggling since and she proceeds to treat me with the most disrespect for no reason I'm nothing but nice and respectful towards them here... read more

Every since Russ, the manager left, the place has gone downhill. Leaks that are not fixed. Manager is rude

Im glad this rightspace has new managers but it doesnt fix the problem if they are operating the same way the last ones did. Nobody should ever have to lose their family pictured, personal document, remains of a deceased family members. Almost everybody struggles at some point in their life. It is illegal to sell a persons identity. It is against the las to sell human remains or dump them just anywhere. My life was dumped in a field next to a housing track. I had my unit for less than a month And found out it was broken into and all my things were stolen so I would definitely not recommend this place as being a safe place for your things
