I will not ever stop leaving bad reviews until rightspace makes adjustments to their policy. Family photos are irreplaceable and should NEVER BE SOLD EVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT RIGHTSPACE UNTIL THEN YOUR WRONGSPAVE.
New Managers or not. This business is still in the business of letting its customers units get broken into as well as selling its customers family photos, medical records, human remains, legal documents All things that should NEVER be sold to anyone aside from the person whom they belong to. Birdeye isa total scam. They charge money for review manipulation. It will say a company has excellent reviews when that is the farthest thing from the truth. Rightspace storage on Esplanade does bad business. Dont rent here.
This place is terrible!! Had our furniture in our unit for only 5 month and mold all over our furniture. It was signs of a leaking roof and damage our furniture. They said mold is normal!! DO NOT RECOMMEND

My storage location is in second floor but the lift is not working. Manager asked me to use stairs to move those heavy furnitures.. I got difficulties on breathing that I was picked up by EMT to emergency hospital. I was admitted for 2days. That storage almost caused my life gone. I should sue this company of what happened

You and your son had spent a significant part of the day using the lift, and it was not until the end of the day, when you experienced an issue with the lift.
