Helpful, understanding, friendly informative, and their prices are good too. The staff was great and partially psychic. Please let me to explain, the young lady at the front desk informed me that if we were on the premises after 10:00 p.m. that we would be locked inside the gates, and the only way out would be to call the sheriff. So immediately after she said that we pulled in the gate starting to unload our stuff and it got later and later and before we knew it we were locked in the gates time kind of slipped by us. Does not work with your if you find out that you do not need the space after all. Just wanted to be proactive and secure space if needed. Not Happy!!!

I rented a storage unit at Secure Storage in Amarillo, TX offering a first month free. It was an absolute nightmare from beginning to end. First off, the man in the office showed me a unit w/the door rolled up, and unknown to me, there were 2 huge gaping holes in it where anyone can see my belongings! I didn't see it until I went to move items in. I had a huge moving truck coming w/my property from out of state and had to put them on hold because of this problem not being able to drop my stuff off. I asked about alternative ... read more

My dad was renting a storage unit there for over 7 years and the past couple of months the owners or management whatever turned into some callus spiteful awful human beings. Today we moved out and the first things out of their mouth was "NO refund for the month!" I don't know what happened to this business for them turning into assholes but I would not rent a storage unit there! God awful people in management sucks ass!
There a lot of homeless people staying inside of the facility… I know these time and days are hard and a lot of people have lost alot. All people aren’t good people…You do not have privacy when in and out of your unit. I’m soooo afraid my unit will get broken into… the homeless have water everywhere inside and they let in other homeless… Not Good
All the woman in office were very nice!!
