Great record of my service to 2 cars. Friendly, helpful and respectful. Sometimes I cannot afford to get one of their recommended services and they don't try to intimidate or make me feel stupid for not taking their advice. For a senior citizen I appreciate their kindness. Regular customer for past 10 years.
The guys here at oil stop know their stuff! They won't pressure you into purchasing extra services but will make sure you leave with peace of mind that your car was properly assessed. They even did such a solid and helped me to dispose of some coolant I had left over. Would definitely recommend their service

I Was greeted by Jose as soon as I pulled up and asked if I wanted anything to drink he told me the options and I got a coke .His co worker Emmie was very friendly too.They both worked fast together but also took there time as well to make sure they got everything done for my car including cleaning windows,airing up tires etc Jose and Emmie seem to care about there customers and both have great customer service skills,friendly, helpful and caring they got me in and out of there which I appreciate thank you guys also I recom... read more

Was greeted as soon as I pulled up and asked if I wanted a water. Wait times can vary depending on how many people are in front of you, but they are quick, friendly and efficient. They also accept the coupons you can find online.

Service in the oil change perspective was great as always. We tried giving them $25 off coupon in which they said they would grab later. It was forgotten overall so we paid full price. Complimentary refreshment was only given to driver this time around vs last visit tech gave both my husband and I one. But it's no biggie. We will make sure they take the coupon next time!

I am completely sold on this business. The guys are so cordial, and listen well, and seem to ME to embody the 'servant's heart' the mission statement describes. The prices are very reasonable, there is no pressure but extra products are offered, and the NOW factor is a huge draw to all of the drivers in our family.
