If you don't want to change the oil yourself you come here or to the dealer plain and simple. Sure they try to sell you things. The owner would go under if they didn't sell things. Doesn't mean you have to buy them. If I'm in a hurry this is where I go.
Very pleasant experience. The staff was super friendly and professional. I came in for an oil change and was in and out in about 15 minutes. Used their online coupon and saved $5. I would highly recommend.
Oil stop in Santa Rosa is outstanding! They know my car, keep records, have great service and I think the pricing is fair. I'm sitting here right now. I love my Jeep and they take great care of it!
They're very nice guys but inefficient. They lost 10 customers while I was waiting in line. They also stand around a lot while people are waiting. Took an hour and a half to get my oil changed. They did a lousy job on the windows and didn't check the cabin filter. The Petaluma one is much better.
Nicest guys, fast, friendly service. Checked all the things while I drank their chilled refreshments. Will be back again! I had also brought a big dodge camper van and they had no problem accommodating me and my lil blue
This place is the best! I've been coming here for many years and have recommended a lot of people. Best customer service. OK wait times where you can stay in the car the entire time. They offer complimentary beverages and usually have coupons. Thorough, efficient and professional!
I came here for an oil change as I didn't have time to go to the dealership like I usually do. I asked for the basic oil change and told them I didn't want any additional work done. At the end they charged me for the highest price oil change and said that was what was recommended for my car. They had up-sold me without consulting me first. The only reason why I'm giving them 3 stars instead of 0 is because they did end up discounting the service. I most definitely will not be going back here though.
Very professional crew who makes your day a pleasant one. Everyone is quick and efficient with their job. Prices are decent, but just stick to the main services, as an air filter for $30 is a tad high, but I guess that includes labor.
Honestly, this place was way nicer than I had imagined. Very friendly staff. Prices were good for the oil change (they offer you some "up-sale" items like slightly higher priced air filters, etc. but that's expected). Find a coupon online or in the mail and bring it in for better deal. Overall, you get what they offer, quick, drive thru, oil change.
