I am completely sold on this business. The guys are so cordial, and listen well, and seem to ME to embody the 'servant's heart' the mission statement describes. The prices are very reasonable, there is no pressure but extra products are offered, and the NOW factor is a huge draw to all of the drivers in our family. The best experiance i ever had at a oil change place.everybody was so nice and polite and very efficient and fast.i was impressed with how clean the place was and everybody knows there job and did it very well and very fast service even during the pouring rain .You need an oil change ,dont go anywhere else Go here!!!! This place say they don't upsell you but then they really do. It takes about 1 hour to change the oil. They play around yelling crap for about an hour as you sit in your car patiently waiting. Then they sell you an oil filter for about $46.00 with an oil change for about $120.00. I asked for a paper receipt never got one. Whatever. The experience is about a 2 or 3 star for me. I'm fine with spending a pretty penny on "Synthetic Oil" but don't say I have to come back in 3 months. Synthetic oil is suppose to last way longer... read more
Extremely disappointed in my service yesterday. Upon pulling forward out of the bay I noticed my car was idling very low. When I brought it to the attention of the technician, I was told it's adjusting to the oil. It'll be fine once you start going. Well unfortunately, as I pulled into my parking spot at home, the car stalled the engine light came on. I tried to start it again, and it would barely stay idling. $139 synthetic oil change was suppose to be $89 according to your pricing Tech removed oil with a pump leaving dirty oil in the engine Tech said they don't remove drain plugs SUV has 66k miles and 6 years old Huh?

The people are nice and the service is fantastic. They work hard and quick . They are very respectful to me
Upselling. I really do not appreciate upselling. I just wanted to have my oil changed. It may not be the employees fault. They are presumably doing their job.
Went in today in between appointments and the service provider Heder was very mindful of my time crunch. He was able to change my oil within 10 minutes in an efficient professional way. He did offer us drinks for the road which was very nice!
