Every time i go here they are super nice and friendly. And my car burns oil so i often have to get a top off with no questions asked. I went to coddingtown spot and they were not as nice.
horrible experience. don't know what was done. no invoice, needs washer fluid, air in tires, don't know if anything was done except oil. paid for extra special oil, not asked.

A little expensive but they do a really great job of looking over everything and showing what you may need in the future.
I just want to say Wow! I stopped in to get my oil changed, and I have never been so impressed by the level of service and the most polite technicians. They went out of their way to explain what and why they were checking, mostly fluids and filters. They offered me coffee, water and soda, too! Randall did an excellent job doing the oil change and made it a great overall experience. Getting my oil changed was the last thing I wanted to do, but these polite young men made it great. I had my oil changed yesterday but the Coddingtown shop in Santa Rosa. They were thorough and professional. Gave my car a good check up. I am usually leary of thee places but my daughter said to try out and I am sold. Thank you!
I was promptly greeted with an estimated wait time and offer of a beverage. We discussed prices and picked the best suited service for me. During the entire visit I was informed of all activity and respectfully approached about any beneficial services or recommendations. My coupon was used with an additional coupon for my air filters. I've been coming here for about 4 years now. They tell you what your car needs but no pressuring when it comes to add ons. They're very sweet and accommodate with beverages as well while you wait. There's always coupons online to use for your service as well!
Juan and team are courteous, informative and friendly. They went the extra mile on a minor repair, too. I've had a few bad experiences with drive-thru oil centers, but now have a new go-to. Solid job.
I my car in for an oil change and i always take it to rohnert park never had any problems there and so i decided to take it to the one on santa rosa ave. immediately the next my engine light came on. i took to my mechanic not sure what happened. I told him i just got the oil changed the day before and he ran the diagnostic on it an it came up my iil sensor. I spent over $400 just to get that part changed. I still had to pay another person $340 just to reset my car after the sensor got fixed n my engine light still cane on. ... read more
