I wish I never came here and will not continue service at this location for my cars. If you want a drive through oil change that takes 3-4 hours even when they open go here. I made the mistake of getting in line and waiting 39, then 2 cars blocked behind me so I thought I'll go with it. Otherwise go anywhere else. I have tried to come here twice and always end up with 2+ hours wasted here. I am not sure who trains the employees to be slow and put 30 minute to 1 hour services in front of each car so everyone has to wait 2-3 h... read more
Love this place. The service is amazing. Very kind hard working considerate humble polite people. Never a long wait. Very attentive and they offer free drinks while you wait.
Alex and Emilio performed excellent customer service. They were very attentive and provided a lot of good information. Very through and seemed like they understand how customer service is supposed to done. I also appreciated all the options and took the time to educate me on the current status of the filters, oil and other fluids. They checked my tire pressure and showed me where to find that info on the vehicle for future reference. I would recommend this place for friends and family. Even grandma ! Thanks guys great job
Everyone who works here is very nice and efficient. We've gotten excellent service every time we come. Thank you. It's also clean.
Best time to come is first thing in the morning, so you're not waiting too long. Their employee, Alex, offered additional services and was very professional even though I declined everything at this time. If it was me, I would've stopped asking but I'm sure it's their protocol and he dealt with me in a nice manner. Thank you Alex! I'll definitely be back!

They say no high pressure sales then proceed to have multiple people at every single part try to sell you a product or additive. I've been to all the oil stops in the county and this one by far was the worst. Coupon says $50 oil change. My car takes 3.7 quarts of oil. Out the door with these clowns was over $150 which is less than the dealership charges. But at least now I know to take it directly the dealership and let this place scam other people. If I do go to a Oilstop it def won't be this one.

They offer a conventional oil change price but they don't have 0-20 conventional oil for my Honda Accord. Then the guy tells me that my warranty requires synthetic oil, which I know it doesn't. I think he just did that to sell me a synthetic oil change at twice the price of a conventional oil change
I show up by 5:45 to have my oil change and they guys said they couldn't do it bc they attend until 5:40. You guys need change the schedule on the website
