I just had my cars oil changed here less than a week ago and they did not clip back on the bottom plate of my Honda HRV. I was in Sacramento and it completely came undone on the freeway and it was an extremely dangerous and messed up situation. I don't feel like I should have paid $100 to then be stranded in Sacramento and have to sit under my car for an hour trying to figure out how to "reclip" my under plate back on. This is unacceptable.

I pulled into the Santa Rosa Ave location at 2:30pm to get an oil change. I've been to this location before and had a good experience, so I expected similar results this time. There was a line of six cars ahead of me, and Christian came out to tell me that there's only 3 employees working today and it's going to be about a 2 hour wait. He said they close at 6:00 and stop letting in new cars at 5:30, so I should arrive by 5:30 and he'll be able to help me. I genuinely appreciated the notice, thanked him, and went home. Not once, but twice did they tell me they can't do an oil change for my car. I showed up both times an hour and a half before close. What kind of business closes early and refuses services? Would never recommend this place.

If you are in hurry find another place for an oil change. They are very nice but very disorganize in who is working on your vehicle. This company use to be on top of their game. I pulled in and had 4 vehicles in front of my vehicle, 2 vehicle pulled behind me. Those 2 vehicle got finished and left. They use to clean windows, lube door latches & hinges, reset change oil light, show oil samples of other fluids, and check level of brake fluid etc. That never happened !!! if you have a spare hour and a half....get your oil changed here. sooooooooo slow. will not be back ever. save your time go elsewhere.
