Wow wow wow! Hands down amazing customer service from the whole team. A special shout out to Christian, Ray and Juan though! Although there was a bit of a wait Christian was constantly checking in on me and asking if i needed a drink or anything to feel more comfortable. Ray and Juan walked me through the entire service and talked about exactly what they were doing to my vehicle. I called on Thursday just to get an idea of how long was the wait and the technician that answered the phone was honest and mentioned two other employees had called out sick and they were backed up, I explained that I'd understand and would come by the next day. Friday morning I arrived and the technician comes to the window and asked what type of oil I was looking for, once I explain the make and model of the car he proceeded to tell me that they didn't have that type of oil and that I should return another day when they ha... read more

Quick, easy, reasonable price and friendly staff! After dealing with a nightmare at a dealership - called here and the tech who answered to the ones welcoming me to the end with servicing my Rav4 this is where y'all should be going!!!

Bunch of idiots. Took my 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 here. Kid comes out and (sounded stoned) said "this is a 2020 Chevy Silverado huh?" I told him yes. He told me they don't make an oil filter for this truck. I told him bull crap. I had Chevy change it 2 times now with no issues. He didn't know what to say. He again stated that you can't buy an oil filter for this truck it's not made. I shook my head and called Chevy. They told me it's the same filter as last year no change. The kid was just lazy.
