Upon driving up, I was greeted and offered a complimentary beverage. The wait wasn't too bad, but that may depend entirely on how much the person in front of you is getting done. Once it was my turn I was talked through the entire process and anything that looked like it needed attention was shown to me! Got exactly what I needed and was on my way. Definitely recommend stopping here!

Came here on a Saturday morning, there was only one car in front of me. Estimated time (about an hour) was dead on. From when I got in to when I left the building was just over an hour, so pretty fast. I had gone to a competitor oil change place earlier in the day but their line was so disorganized, the techs didn't even know who was next. Service was done promptly without too much upselling. Everything seems to be working. The whole staff is really young. It was a little shocking to see like 19 and 20 year olds only and no one older. Usually that means the working environment doesn't support staff longterm which always makes me nervous because I want to support good companies. They offered me a soda or water. They cleaned my windows. It was easy but I needed a synthetic oil change and it was $111 for just the basics. I'm not sure if I'll be back but it was easy.

Wow wow wow! Hands down amazing customer service from the whole team. A special shout out to Christian, Ray and Juan though! Although there was a bit of a wait Christian was constantly checking in on me and asking if i needed a drink or anything to feel more comfortable. Ray and Juan walked me through the entire service and talked about exactly what they were doing to my vehicle. They seemed very honest in their recommendations unlike some places who are trying to get a quick buck. You are definitely in good hands with these... read more

I called on Thursday just to get an idea of how long was the wait and the technician that answered the phone was honest and mentioned two other employees had called out sick and they were backed up, I explained that I'd understand and would come by the next day. Quick, easy, reasonable price and friendly staff! After dealing with a nightmare at a dealership - called here and the tech who answered to the ones welcoming me to the end with servicing my Rav4 this is where y'all should be going!!!
