Unprecedented customer service for an oil change. Some similar establishments seem to try and sell extra products to you with apparent motivations of increasing profits. These guys simply share objective opinions and share visual samples of oil levels, color, etc. I bring both my cars here regularly. Very courteous staff. Price reasonable. Mentioned different services my vehicle could use, but didn't hassle me when I said no. I'll take my car back for those other services soon.

Professional, timely, explanatory, streamlined. Tires, door hinge lube part of oil change. Windshields washed. Crew is all business and you are right there to see it (you stay in your car). Coddingtown location. Yes they offer beverages. They do try to sell you things but you can say yes/no and no hard sell. Super polite. Good value here.

I went here a few days ago. They charged me about $60 for a routine oil change which I feel is a good price. A little bit more expensive than places in San Jose but this will do since I don't live there anymore. It's a drive thru so of course you sit in the car which is a plus when you're lazy as hell. They check your other fluid levels without them asking and will advise you so. They also ask if you'd want to get other services done and not just go ahead without your permission. I highly recommend this location.

I can't recall when I was ever treated so nice at any oil change station. No hard sell, no wasting of my time. Straight forward professional work. Great attitude to keep the customers coming back.

All of your staff were very respectful and obviously proud to be working there. They were courteous and efficient. I left feeling like I hadn't experienced that kind of professionalism and pride and sincere cohesion in a serviceable staff perhaps EVER. I wanted the Manager and especially the Owner to know my experience because there is something that is being done that's working for you. So keep up the good work! I will definitely be back and looking forward to it!

I've had many, many oil changes over the years and done my own, and these guys did what I would describe as a perfect oil change. They were courteous, professional and prompt.

Fast and friendly service. They do try to up sale you with extra services, but they have never been pushy. I've been here multiple times with multiple cars and have never had a bad experience. Highly recommended!

They advertise that they will read the check engine light for free but fail to tell you that you will have to wait until they finish with everyone else first. I take (used to after this) my cars there for service so it is not as if I am just teething too get something for free.
