I have always taken my Toyota Camry to freeman Toyota for service until today when I took my car to oilstop for an oil change. The worker discovered that freeman toyota had over torqued the cap causing a break and oil to leak out. Juan spent some time removing the housing cap and had a worker go to Napa auto parts for a new replacement Cap. Shout out to Juan for doing extra. Have no confidence is freeman Toyota service now
I got an oil change here on a very busy day. The wait was 45 mins. The following weeks and months after my oil change I noticed my car wasn't running well. It felt like it would if I let it go over the mileage between oil changes. I kept meaning to go back but never had time. I then took it to my mechanic for an early oil change and check up and he said it looked like the oil hadn't been changed since the last time I'd brought it in. Needed an oil change today and was in the area, so I decided to give Oilstop a try because a competitor was way to busy. The service techs provided both factory/Oilstop recommendations for oil, transmission, and other treatments and at no time did they come across as pushy with service offerings. Prices were fair and work was completed in a professional manner. Everyone I came in contact with was very respectful and professional. Keep up the great work.
Most pleasant experience I've ever had! Normally my husband services our car, but due to his work schedule I decided to take it in. I was very impressed with the level of service I received and the care and quality of work from Justin Newman. He was very polite and straight forward and made everything hassle free. I will definitely be coming back here in the future!
I have been going to a Oilstop for many years. Recently I went to a different location on Santa Rosa Ave. I had the best experience at this location. Justin went above and beyond to help us with our oil change. It was fast and efficient. He changed out my wipers and my coolant in my transmission fluid. Upon driving up, I was greeted and offered a complimentary beverage. The wait wasn't too bad, but that may depend entirely on how much the person in front of you is getting done. Once it was my turn I was talked through the entire process and anything that looked like it needed attention was shown to me! Got exactly what I needed and was on my way. Definitely recommend stopping here!
Came here on a Saturday morning, there was only one car in front of me. Estimated time (about an hour) was dead on. From when I got in to when I left the building was just over an hour, so pretty fast. I had gone to a competitor oil change place earlier in the day but their line was so disorganized, the techs didn't even know who was next. Service was done promptly without too much upselling. Everything seems to be working. The whole staff is really young. It was a little shocking to see like 19 and 20 year olds only and no one older. Usually that means the working environment doesn't support staff longterm which always makes me nervous because I want to support good companies. They offered me a soda or water. They cleaned my windows. It was easy but I needed a synthetic oil change and it was $111 for just the basics. I'm not sure if I'll be back but it was easy.
