I went in for an oil change and they found that my transmission fluid was too full. I didn't feel any pressure at all to get the extra service for my transmission. There wasn't a long wait at all and the customer service was the best yet!!! I will be back at that location!
I had to take six company cars to this location one by one. The staff was friendly, professional, Knowledgeable, and fast! I'm very happy and I'll be back!!! Rolando was excellent!!! He cleaned all my windows that were very dirty and I was impressed.
First time getting an oil change here, and first time sitting in the car while it happened! Excellent customer service, free beverage while you wait in your car, things were very coordinated, and they were transparent about everything (here's your oil level now, here's the new filter we're putting in, etc.). Of course they try to upsell because that's how they make more money - just say no! I'll definitely be coming back for my next one.
Usually I would give a higher score rating but, after yesterday's visit I am very disappointed with this Oil Stop. I have used this place many times in the past personally and with our personal business fleet. I felt like as soon as I didn't buy what they were trying to sell me ( engine cleaner) the customer service disappeared. 1. Didn't show me the new oil filter going in 2. It's the place I trust to bring my cars to, friendly staff, great service , fast repairing, BOB the owner always nice and helpful, today I had my car fixed and it was hard to me to find a ride , he promptly offered his help and he gave me ride to my house, thanks BOB you and your team deserve more than 5 stars
Got a oil change and had their mechanic change the headlight lightbulb in my car. Prices were fair and the customer service with excellent with a fast turn around. Yes they try and upsell but I just stay no thank you. It was strange that i have to stay inside my car next time I'll just say I have to go to the restroom or something and wait inside the store.
Very unhappy. I had been to another oil stop, same car, and they charged me one price. Came to this one and they says I needed a more expensive filter and tried to tell me I needed synthetic oil. Never coming back, very disappointed
These guys are fantastic. I would not bring my car any place else. 5 stars, and they earned it. Thank guys!
