Have been dealing with this company for a few years now and the contractors they use are horrible. They do not do very good work and you might be lucky to even contact them. Customer service needs a lot of improvement. People who answer the phones can never answer your questions and when they say they will call you back in ***** minutes, dont hold your breath. their website is "broken" and doesn't allow you to submit warranty claims via their online portal for covered items. This is completely unethical and a lawsuit needs to be filed against them about this. Completely unacceptable. They even have the nerve to keep you on hold for lengthy times and then have it tell you that you can file the claim online 24/7 which is false advertising and a slap in the face considering the reps/employees are aware of this simple IT fix that has not been implemented. 8/28/2023 I put in a service repair call for my A/C. First, due to the false assumptions of the service provider consultant, it is denied. Confirmed with the *** that the claimed cause could not be true, they did put out a recall, taking DAYS to go through to the service provider. On Aug 22 , 2023 Old Republic to make a claim about ** problem. A company called Sea Breeze was called to evaluate. Seabreeze Tech left and claimed there is no problem with the *** The ** still not working . The Next day Old Republic was informed the Tech had left without any repair done. We have used ORHP in the past without any issue until this past issue that is ongoing. We submitted a service request end of July for a fridge that was not maintaining cold enough temperatures. I have problem with my refrigerator for couple of weeks now. I called old republic home protection and they sent someone to check the refrigerator. This guy didnt know what he was doing.
