Not worth the paper it's written on. If your realtor wants to give you a home warranty, make sure it's one that actually covers things. Like an A/C compressor. I don't need a warranty to cover $50 dollar items. I can pay that myself. The whole point of a warranty is to cover major problems.So I paid $75 for them to tell me they won't cover my issue. Zero stars I have been with them since 2009. ** starting acting up they sent someone out who was rude and talked to me like I was ******. Then sent In report that it was dirty which caused the failure and burned compositor. Also said the ** was not on a pad and was a 2019 unit. So ORHP said they would not fix it. But unit is 2009 not 2019. And there is clearly a pad it is sitting on. Nothing but run-around and unanswered promises of a return phone call. Try to speak to a supervisor and they are always busy and will "call you back". We've been without AC for a month and a half. 90 degrees in the house now. I get a different person each time and put on hold for 20 minutes while they check my status. Every time they come back they tell me that they are waiting on more information from the installer. It has been a month now since I sent in my claim several emails and calls and I can not get the company to even respond hopefully they will honor their contract but it does not seem promising. Had problems with my furnace been dealing with Old Republic for over a month, You cant talk to the same people so every time you call you get someone different and they give you different information from the time before!! Its been a nightmare to say the least.

I would NOT RECOMMEND THEM. Its been over a year and they still have not finished or payed for my ac/ heating unit. They say things that are not true. They keep you on hold so long and hope you hang up. Out of pocket expenses are high and change with each phone call. A lot of passing the buck and apologizing from employees that mean nothing. Stay clear of this home warranty company!!!!??????????

Since February I've been trying to get my home heater repaired. In 2019, my furnace was replaced and apparently some ductwork was patched. Feb 2023 my heater started shutting on and off before heating the house to its set temperature. I called Old Republic to put in a service request. They sent a company out whom reported I had some crushed ductwork. Old Republic informed me that crushed ductwork was not normal wear and tear and not covered.
