I've been with this company for over a year and to date they have really impressed me across the board!! My regular service guy-Nick and any other who have been to my home are excellent! Very informative, they listen, and they truly want to provide excellent customer service! I usually do not give 5 stars buuut when you got it coming you go tit coming!! Thanks again Orkin!! P.s even the CS reps on the phone are very helpful and professional!!

A solid choice to take care of your pest control needs, whether you have little creatures or you want to be preventative to protect your family! They give you good tips to control the problem as well as inspect your place for any gaps that could be causing issues. Quick service once your initial survey is done.

I apologize if I'm not doing this right but, this is supposed to be for Orkin pest control. I just spoke to Whitney In customer services through the general website line and not sure where she is located but, she was very professional, informative, patient, and was able to give us all sorts of information to help plan for future pest control inspection and treatment for a family member. My husband and I discovered we had bed bugs a few weeks back. I'm pregnant so you can imagine how freaked out I was. I called Orkin right away and the initial inspection and treatment was all completed within a few days. Leo and Ray did my inspection/treatment/follow up treatment and they could not have been more professional. Seeing as I'm pregnant I was freaked out about the chemicals but they explained every step of the process to me and eased my mind. I'm so happy to have Mr. Issac Henderson, Technician at the Conyers, Georgia location. This young man is very thorough and professional. He does an outstanding job and cares about his clients. He has knowledge of his job and explains, answers questions to make sure the client is satisfied. His customer service qualities and values are to be recognized. This Orkin agency is the go-to for our downtown high-rise and now I know why. We were on vacation for three weeks when a pigeon family chose our balcony as its nursery. Gary from Orkin came immediately and saw the two young birds who couldn't yet fly. Even though it was tempting to make that a "teachable moment" for the birds, I didn't have the stomach for tossing them off the fifteenth-floor.
