I've been with this company for over a year and to date they have really impressed me across the board!! My regular service guy-Nick and any other who have been to my home are excellent! Very informative, they listen, and they truly want to provide excellent customer service! I usually do not give 5 stars buuut when you got it coming you go tit coming!! Thanks again Orkin!! My husband and I discovered we had bed bugs a few weeks back. I'm pregnant so you can imagine how freaked out I was. Leo and Ray did my inspection/treatment/follow up treatment and they could not have been more professional. This Orkin agency is the go-to for our downtown high-rise and now I know why. We were on vacation for three weeks when a pigeon family chose our balcony as its nursery. Gary from Orkin came immediately and saw the two young birds who couldn't yet fly. Had a great experience with Orkin. I suspected bedbugs and had scheduled another exterminator for one Saturday morning, who never showed up. I was distraught, called about 10 different companies before someone at Orkin finally answered. Not only were they able to send someone same-day on a Saturday, but the guy got here in less than an hour.
