Wow! All I can say is what an easy and pleasing experience to have refinanced with Owning. I always feel there is a catch in dealing with refinance companies. Boy, was I SURPRISED! I had a great experience refinancing my mortgage with Owning. Their representatives were all very helpful and made me feel like I was their most important client. The refinance process was completed quickly and most all was done electronically, making it very convenient.

What a wonderful experience. This is my first time refinancing and I would gladly do it again without hesitation. I worked with loan officer Derek Disarro and Processor John Nguyen. The entire refinance took two months start to finish which was mostly because my husband had some weird situations come up with work and the national guard. I emailed the company on a weekend and Derek called me within ten minutes, it was amazing. I just had a great experience refinancing my primary home mortgage with Paul from Owning. Paul was my Loan Consultant and Annie was my Loan Processor. The process was the quickest and easiest of the 3 times that I have refinanced - 2 weeks from initial inquiry to the loan being disbursed. They minimized the amount of paperwork I needed to submit and made the whole process so easy. I got an amazing rate of 1.99% for a 15 year mortgage and the closing costs were the lowest I've every paid.

Misty LaChance was the reason I got a great rate, she called and convinced me to start my refinance and got me a great rate, when no one else was doing jumbo refinance with lo rates. Kathy Ly.
