Great & fast service, hassle free. Whole process was completed within a month. Above all, the loan was better than all other quotes I received from different lenders.

I refinance twice with own corporation. Each of those time, different representative help me out. Everything is go through email and online signature and afterward there is a notary come over to get wet signatures. And these process take approx about 3 weeks or less. It is quick and easy. If the interest go lower, I would refinance again or even request to see if I can take a second mortgage with them.
My experience is quite unusual, but the bottm line is I got the best rate. What make it unusual was I started the process before Owning aquired by Guaranteed Rate and finalized on May (Dec-2020 to May-2021). Eventhough it took 5 to 6 monthes the service and the communication was great. I would recommend to anyone who wants to try GR for refinance.
We definitely recommend Owning for any Mortgage requirements. They are friendly, patient, fast in processing the loan. Interest rate is lower and less paper requirements. We will be considering them in any future mortgage needs. We give them a 5 Star rating for their excellent performance. We will spread the good services to our friends to consider Owning for their mortgage needs. Hooray.
I've refinanced twice with Owning and have been happy both times. Their rates and no cost refinance options are unbeatable. My agent was John Nguyen and processor was Christine Vuong. I deducted one star for a few communication glitches during processing and for their new policy that escrow/impound payments are required for the advertised rates.
