First, the final rate I got was LOWER than what was initially locked which is an unheard of event in this business. The documentation and title were very thorough. The loan took longer than I was quoted but that may have been as Owning was consolidating with another business. I am very pleased with Owning this is the 2nd time I have done a refi on my home where I have lived for over 20 years.
Best experience ever. I would highly recommend Hai and Adrian. That were amazing. From start to finish they were there to answer any questions and address any concerns. We were so surprised at how streamlined the process was.

Our experience with OWNING was great. Unfortunately I learned this the hard way. Since our previous mortgage was with Mr. Cooper they seemed like the likely choice to refi with.....WRONG after several months of little progress and lack of follow through a friend recommended OWNING.
