As you might see below, Owning did escalate my case and put me with a different representative. I ended up completing the refi process with them. They were decent to me the second time around. However they had a lot of trouble closing this loan. It went on and on and on and on...and on. My case is a very straightforward one, they just don't have good processes in place. The process was very easy and all my questions were answered up front. They followed up with each step, so there were no delays and we could close on time. We locked in on the best rate and reviewed all of the loan documents. The notary came to our house and we executed the documents We looked at other companies, but Owning was easily the right choice.

First, the final rate I got was LOWER than what was initially locked which is an unheard of event in this business. The documentation and title were very thorough. The loan took longer than I was quoted but that may have been as Owning was consolidating with another business. I am very pleased with Owning this is the 2nd time I have done a refi on my home where I have lived for over 20 years.

I recently refinanced my mortgage with Owning. It was a breeze and took very little time to complete the paperwork. I had tried to refi my mortgage with another institution and they dragged their feet for 5 months and eventually changed the loan disclosures with any notice. My husband and I wanted to refinance since we heard the housing rates were low. We first learned about Owning from our sister-in-law. She told us about the amazing rate that she received.
